Dostava

Dostava se vrši putem naših ugovornih partnera, a rok dostave je 2 do 4 radna dana standardnim slanjem ili do 20 sati idući radni dan ubrzanim slanjem. Za Europu i svijet rok dostave je 14 dana. Narudžbe zaprimljene od ponedjeljka do petka do 12 sati šalju se isti dan. U rokove isporuke ne računaju se dan prijema narudžbe, subota, nedjelja, neradni dani, hrvatski praznici i blagdani. Cijena dostave ovisi o težini pošiljke i odredištu.
Plaćanje pouzećem moguće je samo za područje Republike Hrvatske.
Usluga pouzeća naplaćuje se 1 EUR. Rok za osobno preuzimanje neplaćenih narudžbi u poslovnici je 3 (tri) radna dana.
Rok za osobno preuzimanje plaćenih narudžbi u poslovnici je 30 (trideset) dana od dana kupovine.

Zamjena, reklamacije i povrat

Zamjena na zahtjev kupca moguća je najkasnije 10 dana od primitka proizvoda, uz originalni račun.
Povrat, naknadno slanje i novonastale troškove podmiruje kupac.
Reklamacije se vrše u roku od 48 sati od primitka pošiljke na [email protected], a one su opravdane u slučaju da kupac dobije proizvod koji nije naručio, da isporučena roba ima grešku ili oštećenje koje nije nastalo u transportu ili u ostalim slučajevima sukladnim zakonskim okvirima.

Pravo na povrat narudžbe imaju svi kupci Rockmark web shopa u roku od 14 dana, bez potrebe za davanjem ikakvih objašnjenja. Rok od 14 dana počinje primitkom paketa od strane kupca ili druge osobe ovlaštene za to (osim dostavne službe koja je dostavljala paket).
Za raskid ugovora potrebno je da nam kupac dostavi ispunjen Zahtjev za jednostrani raskid Ugovora koji može skinuti na ovom linku unutar zadanog roka. Trošak povrata robe snosi kupac.

Delivery

For Europe and the world, the delivery time is 14 days. Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12 noon are shipped the same day. Delivery deadlines do not include the day of receipt of the order, Saturday, Sunday, non-working days, Croatian holidays and public holidays. The delivery price depends on the weight of the shipment and the destination (calculated when selecting the country in the ordering process).
Payment by cash on delivery is only possible for the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Cash on delivery service is charged 1 EUR. The deadline for personal collection of unpaid orders at the branch is 3 (three) working days.
The deadline for personal pickup of paid orders at the branch is 30 (thirty) days from the day of purchase.

Replacement, complaints and returns

Exchange at the customer’s request is possible no later than 10 days after receiving the product, with the original invoice.
Returns, subsequent shipping and newly incurred costs are covered by the buyer.
Complaints are made within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment to [email protected], and they are justified in the event that the customer receives a product that he did not order, that the delivered goods have a fault or damage that did not occur during transport or in other cases according to the law frames.

All Rockmark web shop customers have the right to return their order within 14 days, without the need to provide any explanations. The period of 14 days begins with the receipt of the package by the customer or another person authorized to do so (except for the delivery service that delivered the package).
To terminate the contract, it is necessary for the customer to submit to us a completed Request for Unilateral Termination of the Contract, which can be downloaded from this link within the specified period. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
